adidas Originals Store 10th Anniversary “Colorado” Track Top

To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the adidas Originals Store in Berlin a special birthday pack was released that included a ZX 9000 and a Colorado Track Top. Both were made in a white and red colorway to reflect Berlin’s city colors, with a dash of grey to give them an urban feel.
The “Colorado” Track Top is named after the color-blocking design style that is used on it and various other ZX silhouettes (such as the ZX 8000 and ZX 9000). It’s soft, smooth, nylon shell is done in a white lower half, and silverish grey upper half with hints of red in triangular shapes on the mid-chest and in the zipper tabs. The three stripes appear briefly on the shoulders in red on white, before vanishing into the silver upper sleeves. The hood is also all silver, and extends down the neck and ending in a point that overlaps the all red lower back.
Released in limited numbers (150 worldwide), the bottom right corner is printed with black ink reading “Made for Berlin” and was stamped at the 10th Anniversary release in Berlin with the specific production number. The same number can be found on a light grey leather tag hanging from the left hand front pocket’s zipper tab.
This track top has a soft, white mesh inner lining that feels comfortable and sleek. The overall fit is loose and light, definitely most suitable for jogging or athletic training. Truly one-of-a-kind, this jacket is a prize worth hanging onto if you’re able to get your hands on one in the first place.
