atmos x adidas Originals Superstar 80s G-SNK IV Release

To finish up the busy month of September 2011 (which began with the Solemart Berlin event, and also included the “Berlin” 10th Anniversary release as well as the second wave of the B-Sides release) atmos and adidas Originals dropped a new addition to their line of collaborations.

The simple white and black color is a classic for the Superstar 80s, yet atmos spices things up with a subtle snakeskin upper that glows in the dark like the other releases they put out with adidas Originals. Nicknamed the atmos x adidas Originals Superstar 80s G-SNK IV, because it’s their fourth glow-in-the-dark snakeskin shoe.

Collectors were able to scoop the Superstar 80s up at No6 in London over the last weekend of September, a surprise to most as the release was originally thought to be exclusive to atmos stores. A few eager sneaker freaks were lined up outside the shop in the morning before it opened, waiting patiently to get their hands (and feet) on a pair of these international unique kicks.
