Slated for a 2012, December 1st release it’s raising eyebrows everywhere when it comes to what exactly delayed these heavily anticipated collaborative Campus 80s.

But the fact is that they were delayed (most likely due to a need for absolute perfection by the parties involved), and what’s more, that probably just boosts the already high hype surrounding them. First of all, just about anything A Bathing Ape seems to do with the three stripes tends to get a roar of commotion surrounding it by default. Now with Undefeated involved as well it’s no wonder people are panting hard for a pair of these sweet suede shoes.

Also delayed alongside the black and camo pair here was a “shift olive” green pair with an almost identical design. But that wasn’t all, the trio of talent also pushed out a pair of ZX 5000 in a similar MO which was erroneously publicized to be available even earlier than these by a variety of online sources.

Once again, due to their pushed-back release date we won’t proclaim anything certain, though supposedly these are targeted for a Spring 2013 drop. We’ll believe it when we see it though, as we know the stripes and their high-end partners in design will strive for nothing short of perfection with a release like this. And as we say in Berlin, the winter isn’t over until the Campus comes out.
