Featuring a mostly black suede and mesh upper, this new pair of Torsion Allegra’s is continuing to bring a classy and clean caricature to consumers for their Fall and Winter fashion statements.

The last time we featured a Torsion Allegra it was also the first, showing off the Solebox collab that dropped in December of 2012, which was actually the first time the shoe had been revived in retro form. Since then there have already been a wide variety of colorways covering the classic running shoe providing more than enough flavors to keep most classes of collectors happy. And adidas doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon, pushing out another offering of them including the black and “bliss” colored pair pictured here.

As if one pair might get lonely, adidas made sure that they aren’t coming out all alone, but instead pushed them to shelves in a Tonal Runner Pack that combines an also monochromatic burgundy pair and two takes on the Tech Super too. Clean and simple color choices combined with quality materials split with bright stitching for a high contrast effect all laid out lusciously atop that deadly Torsion bar infused sole unit. Fantastic design direction going on over at adidas Originals at least in the runner department this year we must admit.

When it comes to comfort, if you haven’t tried the Allegra’s all-one-piece body then you’re certainly in for a treat when you slip a pair onto your feet. They’re like slippers for the street, and of course thanks to the flexible Torsion technology they’re tailored to provide enough athletic support to still be categorized as sports shoes, even if we all know you’ll probably buy ‘em just to look fly in. Either for swiftly runnin’ or simply stunnin’, these are a pair you won’t want to pass up if you dig that classic trainer look but are after a more modern release this Fall and Winter season.
