While the members of the Shadow Society themselves may be able to remain hidden, there’s no being elusive while you’re carrying this around with you.
The strap-closure backpack has a dark grey brushed polyester dominating the majority of its surface with casual hiking-inspired drawstrings, but anybody with a sharp eye would notice some of the peculiar features that this bag possesses.
The bright tan leather strap may be the first thing that catches your eye, but it’s the embossed society symbol lying to the right that’ll really raise a brow. It’s the reoccurring eye and pyramid that is seen on the back of the American dollar bill and is more synonymous with the Illuminati. This symbol makes you think, is the guy in front of me with the backpack involved in some worldwide cult or is he just a big PUMA fan?
The square of mysterious leather is placed right on top of a glossy black layer of reinforcing material. Get in the right lighting and you might see your reflection standing along side the eye. Coincidence? I think not.

Contribute hype to eatmoreshoes
Here at eatmoreshoes we love our kicks, but we also open our minds to the greater cultural world that surrounds and engulfs the sneaker scenes around the world. Music, arts, events, films, performance, fashion, food, and people are at the heart of what is so good about lush leather and sweet suede strapped to your ankles with soft vintage laces, fats or thins, colored or bleached. We truly believe it’s the diversity of the scenes that make things stay exciting and keep up momentum year after year.
For this reason we see ‘hype’ as something that should cover more than just the most recent shoe releases or the most awaited collaborations between boutiques and brands. We think an album debut party or an avantgarde street performance could be ‘hype’. We think independent zine issues and self-built, DIY, underground gallery spaces are worthy of the title ‘hype’.
